Introduction Activity - Introduce Yourself

Objective: Will provide an opportunity for students and faculty to meet one another.

Instructors: All instructors will particpate

Directions:

1. Some of your assignments utilize a threaded discussion format using WebBoard. Detailed information on how to log on to and use the WebBoard can be found by clicking on the following:

It is highly recommended that you read both of these before participating in the threaded discussion. It's also recommended to print both of these to keep on hand as a quick reference.

It is best to type your answers in a word processing program first and then copy and paste the responses into the threaded discussion.

2. Introduce yourself in the threaded discussion. Be sure to include:

• Your discipline and school/affiliation.
• Why you are interested in taking this course and if you have ever taken an Internet course before.
• Any other information you would like to share with your classmates and instructors.
