Origin: Hook of hamate bone and flexor retinaculum

Insertion: Base of proximal phalanx of little finger, ulnar side

Innervation: Ulnar, C (7), 8, T1

Action: Flexes the MCP joint of the little finger and assists in opposition of the little finger toward the thumb
