MEDICAL MyaGrace has asymmetrical muscle tone, with the right side more tense than the left side. Her muscle tone differences make it hard for her to more and walk, reach and play with toys. There is concern about MyaGrace using a “W” sitting position. SOCIAL The family and team are concerned about MyaGrace’s self-feeding, playing with toys appropriately, throwing toys and food EDUCATIONAL The family and team members want help to know how to stimulate developmental skills with MyaGrace.

Delayed ability to interact with other children, play with toys appropriately, and self feed

MOTOR components, including: Bilateral integration, fine coordination/dexterity, .. due to... under developed hands use spills cup when trying to drink oral motor control... due to... she is not chewing her food. she is spilling from sides of mouth.
