You Make the Call
A 35 year-old male presents with new onset seizures.
A large heterogeneous soft-tissue mass in the right frontal lobe involving both gray and white matter that measures approximately 5 X 5 cm. The mass and possible edema extends across the midline at the anterior corpus collosum. The findings are consistent with a grade 1 or 2 astrocytoma or possibly an oligodendroglioma. There is no midline shift. There is no evidence of intracranial hemorrhage or acute infarction.
