NBME Subject Exam Third Year Clerkships
NBME Repeat or Postponement of Shelf Exam Schedule
*The student enters target cases just prior to the fourth Friday Feedback Session and brings it to the Session. The student is encouraged to make a copy and retain for future use. The student enters final target case numbers just prior to the Shelf exam on the final Friday of the Clerkship and brings the completed form with them.

* The Association for Surgical Education (ASE) has developed educational modules for a number of conditions it judges to be important subject matter for all medical students. As a member of the ASE, the KU Surgery Clerkship is allowed to link to these materials. Use the link shown above to take you to those modules. The ASE modules are supplementary to the Surgery 900 didactic and reading schedule. These modules represent the "core" topic areas identified by most surgical educators to be essential to the knowledge base acquired in a basic surgical clerkship.
