ONLINE EVALUATIONS
SON On-Line Course Evaluations:

Check your email for the user name and password.
Go to the listed URL. You will get a prompt for the user name and password, and fill in accordingly. Click OK. This will bring you to “Online Course Evaluation”. At the bottom of this instruction page you will have the options of “Start Course”, “Start Faculty Teaching”, and “Start Clinical Site”. There is also the option of “Go to SON Course List” which is a description of some of the courses offered, however, with the courses and faculty identified above there should be no need to access this site. Simply fill out the evaluation & submit at the end. NOTE: All questions (with the exception of the final, short answer question) must be completed in order for the system to accept the evaluation.
Any time there are different user names and passwords, you need to back out completely to begin the next evaluation.
