Individual Activities: Florence Nightingale - Nursing Pioneer, Researcher and Philosopher
Due 9-01-06

Florence Nightingale is considered the matriarch of modern nursing. She also is considered a nurse philosopher, documenting her beliefs on the interaction of the person and environment in her Notes on Nursing and Notes on Hospitals. This exercise is intended to give you further practice on using the Web and exposure to Florence. The questions, therefore, are not high level, but simple learning exercises. Follow the instructions below to learn more about this nursing pioneer. Enjoy!
