1. Synthesize advanced knowledge of concepts, theories, principles, and research from nursing, the liberal arts, and the natural and behavioral sciences as it relates to a specialized area of nursing practice.


2. Apply nursing therapeutics based on nursing standards to meet the health care needs of client systems in relation to changes in their internal and external environments.


3. Integrate ethical, legal, economic and cultural considerations, and personal, professional, and client system values in application of the art and science of nursing.
