A 38 year old woman G0 has a chief complaint of "My periods are lasting 7-8 days and they used to last 3 days and they are so heavy and have clots that I wear super tampons and thick pads and still have accidents. I have to change my pad about every two hours. I also feel a lot of pressure down there. My periods are very regular and it seems I have a little more cramping than I used to. I haven't had a Pap smear or pelvic for about 4 years. I've never had an abnormal Pap smear and have only had one sex partner."
