A patient comes to your office with a complaint of feeling "really down" for the last week. She has lost 5 pounds because she "just can’t eat" and is exhausted because she "can’t sleep". Her boyfriend has just broken up with her and started dating her best friend. She says she wants a prescription for Prozac because she is so depressed.
Use the text boxes below to submit your answers. Your answer is not limited to the size of the box. The text box will continue to scroll if your answer exceeds the size of the box. When you are ready to submit your answers, click on the Submit button. When you click the Submit button your answers will be e-mailed to your instructor. Be sure to put your name and e-mail address in the appropriate box, if you don't the instructor will not know who this is from. If you want a copy of the answers, print the Thank You page that comes up after you click the Submit button.
To start over, click Reset. Note: when you click on Reset all text entered in the boxes will be erased.
Helpful Hint: Type your answer in a word processing program first; such as Word, then copy and paste it into the boxes below. Remember to save your answer in the word processing program as a backup, as submissions can get lost is cyberspace!
