CC:  "I have a really smelly discharge, I don't feel very good and I've been having menstrual like cramps"

HPI:  Carie is 28 years old. She is married and expecting her first child.  She is G 2, P 0 SAB 1.  She is 26 weeks pregnant and has had an uneventful pregnancy with normal weight gain and no abnormal labs. 

Physical Exam: Fundal height is 26 cm.  FHT's are 140 bpm.  Baby is vertex presentation and active.  A NST was reactive, but one contraction was noted in 15 minutes.  Speculum vaginal exam revealed a closed cervix with no fluid coming from the os.  Wet mount was positive for clue cells and amine odor and pH of 6.
