Brittney Abbot is a 21 year old college student who currently uses condoms for contraception. She has come to the clinic for a Pap smear. She has never had an abnormal Pap nor any sexually transmitted diseases. Her medical history is negative for surgeries, major medical diseases or hospitalizations
Brittney has heard and read that there are some new contraceptives available in the past year or so and would like to learn more about them. She admits to you that her boyfriends condom broke when they were having sex 2 days ago, October 15. Her LMP was October 1.
