You have just received the results of a Pap Smear of a 37 year old G. 2, P. 2 woman who you repeated her Pap smear 4 months after her first abnormal Pap smear.  The current Pap Smear is Betty J. who is G. 2; P. 2  had a Pap smear 4 months ago The result of that  Pap smear was "ASCUS, favor Inflammation. It is now 4 months later and you repeated the Pap smear on Betty J.  The results were: 1) satisfactory for interpretation and 2) squamous cell abnormality, LGS (Low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion and 3) Infection , trichomonas vaginalis.
