HEENT CASES
Select two of the following case and outline a brief answer that covers each of the following points.
Patient Cases
1. A 23 year old swimming enthusiast comes in a 2 day history of R ear pain . He mentions that he hasn’t recently had a cold.
2. A 38 year old office worker says her eye has seemed sort of "filmy" over the last two days and she wakes up with some yellow drainage and crusty eyelids.
3. A 45 year old male presents with a 2 day history of pain in his L ear. Notes that he has had a cold for a couple days. He also notes he’s allergic to penicillin.
4. A 40 year old male patient comes in, "I have problems with allergies every year at this time"
4. A 68 year old male says he’s having trouble hearing over the past two weeks, that he hadn’t noticed much before.
6. 47 year old female has had URI past two weeks with nasal congestion, sore throat, and recently developed yellow-green nasal discharge.
