Identify any plans for lab or x-ray.
Identify any recommended prescriptions.
Identify any recommendations including patient teaching points.

Patient Schedule for the AM
An 18 year old female presents with irregular menses. She notes she would like to start birth control pills.
A 34 year old woman presents with a five day history of dysuria and malaise,
today with some back pain.
A 35 year old female presents with a 4 day history of intense vulvovaginal
pruritus and a thick white vaginal discharge.
A 19 year old male presents with “burning on urination.”
A 33 year old female presents with complaints of sharp lower abdominal pain of 1 day’s duration. The pain is accompanied by fever, and a thick green-brown vaginal discharge.
