1) How are some ways that osteoarthritis differs from rheumatoid arthritis? (manifestations, cause)

2) What are the risk factors for the development of gout?

3) What is the common treatment(s) for gout? How does colchicine help in the treatment of an acute attack of gout? Why would it be less effective in chronic gout? How does allopurinol help in chronic gout?

4) What are the three tissues that become inflamed in Reiter's disease?

5) What are some common musculoskeletal diseases in children?

6) What is the most common primary malignant tumor of bone?
