calories  = 795 + (7.18 x weight)  x 1.5 (stress factor)

795 + (7.18 x 84) x 1.5

795 + 603 x 1.5 = 2097 kilocalories per day

Calculate her protein requirement.

84 kg x 1.2-2 g/kg = 100.8-168 g protein per day.
