Instructions:
Your first assignment is in three parts.
Write about yourself and share it with your classmates. Share both professional and personal information with everyone (Wendy, Carol, and classmates) by using our newsroom discussion board,
Share one similarity and one difference between the two professions (OT and Nursing),
Present one question or observation that you gleaned from your
introductory readings for Unit 1. You will use Discussion Board: "Days of Our
Lives"
to record your responses.
In this course you are required to use your KUMC Groupwise e-mail for communication with your peers and instructors. If you have an e-mail system that will allow: create several groups in your e-mail system. This will save you time later. Create one group for the small group that you are assigned to work with this semester. Create another group for the entire class.
Spend time exploring the class and course website. The more you explore and understand what is expected, the better prepared you will be. Look ahead to which group assignments will require more coordination so you will be prepared. Take time now to review the unit for which you are the facilitator.
